Tips on How to Lose Belly Fat
Without a doubt, the number one concern I ask about is how to lose belly fat. I will share some fitness and diet tips with you on how to get rid of stomach fat, but it is not complicated stuff.

Belly fat is also known as a spare tire; love handles, a belly or belly of beer, and of course, my personal favorite, the top of the cupcakes. It can be stubborn, annoying, and frustrating. In some cases, belly fat can also be a severe health risk, as studies have shown that it increases the risk of developing cardiovascular disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and certain cancers.

Getting rid of belly fat involves more than just a few abs.

A clean, nutritious, and balanced diet estimate at about eighty percent responsible for flattening this tum. It all comes down to calories in versus calories off. You can make crunches or use the cryptic gadget you bought from the Home Shopping Channel for hours on end, but if you have a layer (or layers) of fat on those hard rock abs, they will still be hidden. There is no way around this, to see a tighter way; you will have to cleanse your diet and consistently follow a fat burning workout program. No matter what these late night infomercials would like you to believe, belly fat is just that - fat. If you lose fat, you will lose your belly; It's that simple.

Aside from diet and exercise, there are a few things I can share with you that can help in finding a flat belly. First of all, you will have to boil. When we have stressed, our bodies produce a hormone called cortisol. Increased levels of cortisol, resulting from stress, appear to react with insulin, creating a buildup of visceral abdominal fat.

Another thing to consider is to throw the fumes and pour the juice of laughter down the drain. It is well known that smoking and alcohol increase cortisol levels in the body, so if you think a cocktail and a puff of tobacco will relax you, think again.

Getting rid of belly fat is usually quite simple.

Notice I used the word simple rather than comfortable. It's a simple equation, but it's not always easy to follow. Take stock of your priorities, and if a flat belly and a healthier body are on that list, you will commit.

When we have stressed out our bodies produce a hormone called cortisol. Heightened cortisol levels, resulting from stress appear to react with insulin, creating an accumulation of visceral abdominal fat.

Another thing to consider is tossing the smokes and pouring the giggle juice down the drain. Smoking and alcohol are known to raise cortisol levels in the body, so if you think a cocktail and a puff of tobacco will relax you, think again.
